Our Services
We provide tree and property services in Rockville and the surrounding Montgomery County, MD area, including tree removal, pruning and trimming, crane-assisted removal, stump grinding, and 24/7 emergency tree service. Estimates, scheduling, and final pricing are agreed upon directly between you and Rock Creek Tree.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program / brand name. Text messages are sent by Rock Creek Tree (Rock Creek Tree, Turf & Landscape LLC).
Program description. When you opt in, we use SMS to send appointment reminders, service updates, quotes and invoices, account notifications, customer support replies, and occasional promotions.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, when you book, reschedule, or communicate about a job).
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may receive additional messages confirming your request.
