Multi-phase properties where removal, grading, hardscape and planting were one job.

Some properties need more than one trade in sequence: clear and remove, fix the grade, build the walls and patio, then plant. Running those phases together avoids the usual problem of one crew undoing another's work — no finished patio dug up later for drainage, no new plantings crushed by machine access. These are the larger jobs where the whole yard changed.
